Create and grow your own practice, your way, with rates as low as $20-$60 per hour*. You can break even with just two students, allowing significant profit opportunities for you to increase your business.
*1.5 hour minimum | 10% discount for all-day rentals (6 hours or longer)

Our most affordable pricing is from 5:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 5:00 am – 10:00pm on weekends.

During peak hours, Monday thru Friday from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm, you can rent The Nest at this affordable rate.
$40 per hour
The meeting and event space rate includes chairs, tables with tablecloths and access to the projector and TV.
$60 per hour
Use The Nest to host your private parties, bridal or baby showers, and birthday parties. ($75 cleaning fee, max capacity is 30)

The Place
A new way to do your work
The Nest features a 910 square foot wellness room equipped with an amazing sound system you can connect your phone to and play music from your favorite app. Smart panels control the music, temperature, and lighting, featuring smart bulbs with millions of colors, you can create the perfect theme that will play and move to the beats of your music. Create the atmosphere you want for your sessions. Spa-like restrooms, showers, and lobby with a soothing water wall to bring the sounds of nature into the space.
The floors are waterproof and antimicrobial, antibacterial bulbs throughout the space kill bacteria, germicidal lights in the HVAC kill bacteria, mold, and pollens. A high-speed fan pulls the air from the room after every class. The oversized HVAC unit creates a strong airflow in the exercise room. An infrared heater heats up the space for those of you that like it hot. The walls and floors are sound insulated and the entire facility is ADA compliant.

As a trained professional you need a space to practice your profession that matches your expertise. The Nest is a brand-new fitness and wellness studio that allows you to create and grow your own practice.
This facility is the perfect space for personal trainers, instructors, and practitioners to do what you do best – teach! An excellent environment for dance, pilates, Zumba, yoga, martial arts, or whatever training sessions you want to host.

The perfect meeting and event space
Why meet at a restaurant or an old, boring conference room when this beautiful facility will accommodate all your meeting needs. You can host your seminar, workshop, book club, consultations, corporate retreats, classes, parties, or any type of group meeting.
You can reserve tables with tablecloths and make use of the projection system and TV to enable you to make your presentation and communicate your message to your attendees.

Community Guidelines
Cleaning
This community space is new and you would like for it to be clean when you arrive so as a tenant please help keep it this way for others in our community. It is our hope that you leave the space cleaner than when you arrived.
The floors must be disinfected after you use the wellness room. (No exceptions or a cleaning fee of $75 may be charged)
The Nest will provide utilities and regular janitorial services. If you are a regular user and use the space more than 6 hours a week you need to pay to have it professionally cleaned once per week or a $75.00 cleaning fee will be assessed.
Waivers
All guests MUST sign a waiver of liability. We have a waiver for you as well and recommend that you get one signed for your own practice. You should obtain insurance for your practice. It’s not required but recommended and for most uses it is less than $200 a year.
Membership
Member is responsible for any and all damage to the studio that takes place in your class. All members need to be approved prior to use of the space. Member is responsible for New Mexico sales tax for rentals shorter than 30 days and service and credit card fees. Recommended class fee is $15 for a one-hour class. Clients will be happy to pay a little more to be in a clean bacteria resistant and sacred space.
Parking
There is no parking in front of the building Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. You must park on the east side before 5:30 pm Monday – Friday. The Nest will provide general liability insurance for premises liability ONLY
Booking
Sessions are booked and paid for on an app called Court Reserve. It is a strange name because it is used for reserving tennis courts. It works well for hourly rentals and lock integration. The app will provide you with a 5-digit code. The doors have keypads so you simply enter your code and that gives you access to the room and turns on and then off based on the time booked and paid for. (e.g from 4:30 – 7:30 pm your code will only work during those hours.)
